Pregnancy, birth and those early days can be an enormous transition. My role with my Postpartum Support is to ensure you get the best information and care possible.

 As your postpartum doula I help bridge the gap from birth to postpartum, offering tools, education and much needed support to aid in a more positive experience. I bring a wide-range of techniques and skills in newborn care. I love showing up for families how they need it most. It is my goal that each time I leave a family, they feel highly encouraged, nurtured, and cared for.
