All About Lunar Babies
Birth is a life changing event and a story you will have forever. As your doula, my goal is you feel safe, confident and comfortable throughout your journey. I bring a calming energy to your birth space and am there to support you the whole way.
I believe in supporting choice and birth preference. Whatever aligns with you, I honor. I trust that the body and baby have inherent wisdom that work together. My passion is to help you find that deep wisdom within. I incorporate my education as a Social Worker; being trauma informed, an empath, critical thinker, active listener and advocate into my doula work.
It is important to me that I help the transition from pregnancy to postpartum go as smoothly as possible for you and your family. I am an advocate to change the current views and practices of postpartum care. I feel it's vital this time be thoughtful, helpful, healing and supportive for you.

I truly believe that the postpartum care and support you and your baby receive in the 4th trimester, are just as important to healing physically, mentally and emotionally as the process of birth is.
